This site is a wealth of information.  They are the creators of the SAT and you can register through this site; however, they also have a great college search.

NCAA Clearinghouse

If you are interested in playing a sport while in college, you must go through the NCAA Clearinghouse.  That process can start at this website.


CampusReel gives you an opportunity to tour a campus without having to travel the distance to get there.  This is a great opportunity to check out some of the schools you are looking at that are further away.

FastWeb not only finds students scholarships but also provides a plethora of information and guidance as students find their college or first job.  They provide current news on financial aid, scholarships, college, jobs and internships, and student life.

Go College is a resource to guide students on how to finance and succeed in college.  For easier navigation of the site, the materials are divided into four major categories that most students experience when getting into college: financial aid, admissions, education options, and college survival.

This website has an abundance of information to help you to prepare for college as well as figure out how to afford college.  They are a tremendous resource.
